"Lotus Physical Therapy is great. The overall atmosphere is much more pleasant since Dr. Abdy Lang joined. Much of my scheduled time has been with Jake Cohen. He was keenly knowledgeable and effective. More recently my scheduled time has been with Kristine Morales who was assisted by Charlie Jeffers. Kristine is knowledgeable and effective, and exhibits good judgement. Charlie is intuitive and caring provides instruction to properly perform exercises. He is knowledgeable as he makes selections/modification of exercises based on what I express about my pain or comfort. That said, he clearly stays connected with Kristine. I find this approach to be very motivating. The others who have assisted have all been very good as well. I am proud to be a Lotus graduate. Cat is the best at the reception desk. A much more demanding job than one might think."
